WHAT HAPPENS WHEN ONE OF BRITAIN’S BIGGEST TAXPAYERS LEAVES? 🇬🇧

Billionaire trader Chris Rokos is reportedly leaving the UK for Greece.

And the number that matters here is this:
£330 MILLION.

That’s his reported UK tax contribution last year.

Spread across roughly 39.1 million UK income taxpayers, that works out at around:
£8.44 per taxpayer, per year.
About 70p a month.

On its own, that might not sound significant.

But this is ONE taxpayer.

If 10 people making an equivalent contribution left, that’s roughly £7 extra per month for everyone else.

If 25 left, it’s around £17 extra per month.

Whatever your opinion of billionaires, wealth or taxation, there’s a simple question that can’t be ignored: If major taxpayers leave, how does the gap get filled?

Higher taxes.
Lower public spending.
More borrowing.

The debate isn’t just about how much the wealthy should pay.

It’s also about what happens when the people paying some of the biggest tax bills decide to leave.

And while that debate plays out, make sure your own money is working as hard as possible for you.
