Millions of people across the UK have bruxism, a condition which can cause regular and often intense, teeth grinding.
 
But the majority of people are completely unaware they have it- until it's too late.
 
Some dentists have told the BBC they are worried about the increasing number of young people they are seeing with tooth decay caused by this incessant gnashing.
