This was probably my most shredded look on stage ever, yes I may have been a little flat, but the definition I brought here was to me, my most detailed I’d say.

People this year, finally got to see me train on camera properly. Blood & Guts was released this year and prior to that, very few people ever witnessed me train. I decided now was the time to give people a glimpse…

Here walking on stage, in my mind, in my reality, I’d be winning my fifth Sandow trophy on this day…
