Book girlies, THIS is the kind of news we love to see! 📚👀❤️

Kennedy Ryan’s bestselling novel Before I Let Go is headed toward the small screen, with the series in development at Peacock. The adaptation is part of Ryan’s first-look deal with Universal Studio Group, marking another major step in bringing her stories to a wider audience.

And if you’ve read Before I Let Go, you already know this isn’t your typical love story. 👀 The novel dives into love, loss, family, healing and what happens when two people who once built a life together have to figure out if they can find their way back to each other.

Kennedy Ryan has built a huge following by creating stories that center Black characters, complicated relationships and REAL emotional stakes. Now fans get to see one of those stories come alive on screen.

The only question is... WHO is playing Yasmen and Josiah?! Because casting is about to have the entire BookTok community in a chokehold.
