On His Sacred Mahasamadhi Day

September 11 holds a very special place in our hearts.

On this sacred day, we remember Neem Karoli Baba Maharaj ji, whose physical journey in this world came to its close here in holy Vrindavan, yet whose love, compassion and presence continue to touch hearts across the world.

And today, September 11, Radha Giri’s Books is deeply honored to mark this day in a way that feels especially meaningful to us.

Today, we send our children’s biography of Neem Karoli Baba forward to print.

Created with love and devotion, this book introduces young hearts to the extraordinary life of Maharaj ji, his devotion to Lord Hanuman, the stories that have been lovingly remembered about him, and some of the beautiful miracles associated with his life.

Living in Vrindavan makes this offering especially precious to us.

We have the blessing of visiting Maharaj ji’s Samadhi here, of standing in the place where devotees continue to come in remembrance, prayer and love. Each visit reminds us that the lives of great saints should not disappear into history. Their stories should continue to travel.

They should reach new countries.

New homes.

New generations.

And especially, new little hearts.
