I’ve always loved cherries, but finding out that tart cherries contain both melatonin and tryptophan was a game-changer in establishing an evening routine – without wine. 

You can change up the magnesium powder or replace the prebiotic soda with another bubbly, but don’t mess with the R.W. Knudsen Organic Just Tart Cherry Juice.. It’s the star ingredient!

THE RECIPE 🍒

4 oz (½ cup) R.W. Knudsen Organic Just Tart Cherry Juice
2 tsp - 1 tbl Magnesium Powder - depending upon the brand (or a “wind down” tincture)
4-6 oz (½ can) Prebiotic Soda (I prefer lemon-lime or lemon-ginger)
Aromatic herb garnish (I like mint or rosemary)

No cocktail shakers or fancy barware necessary… Just grab your favorite glass with fresh ice and sip-back and relax. Cheers!
