I’ve partnered with @rwknudsen to make these delicious popsicles for the whole family, using one of my favorite juices: R. W. Knudsen Organic Just Tart Cherry Juice. 

Did you know that tart cherries have natural levels of melatonin that are known to enhance sleep quality, and act as a natural anti-inflammatory? Almonds are also a good source of magnesium and tryptophan, an amino acid that the body uses to produce melatonin, a hormone that regulates sleep-wake cycles. 

“Please Sleep” Popsicles:
• 16 oz @rwknudsen Organic Just Tart Cherry Juice
• 1/3 C organic almond butter 
• Place ingredients in a blender and mix until combined. You can also skip this step and swirl in the almond butter by hand if you like! Pour into a popsicle mold and freeze overnight. Makes 4 (depending on the size of your popsicle mold)
