🎄🍸 THE BEST & WORST CHRISTMAS BARS IN HOUSTON 🍸🎄 Not all holiday pop-ups are created equal. Let me spare you the embarrassment of taking your friends to a “really cool Christmas bar” to find out they’ve taped tinsel to a brick wall and drinks cost $20 (after the cost of admission). THUS, here is your ultimate guide to places to party and places to avoid this holiday season in Houston.

⭐️New for 2024

✅ MUST VISIT SPOTS: Actual restaurants (🎄) or bars (🍸) with trained servers, festive holiday menu and a legit festive ambiance.
🎄 annabellebrasserie - River Oaks
🎄 Riva’s Italian- Montrose
🎄 gettoastedhtx - Montrose
🍸 grandprizebar - Museum District
🍸 wonderbar_htx - Midtown
🍸 popfancydessertbar - Bellaire (⭐️ Harry Potter theme)
🍸 postoakicehouse - Galleria
🍸 betelgeusehou - Washington
🍸 julephou - Washington
🍸 leilowhtx - Heights
🍸 porchswingpub - Washington
🍸 monkeystailhou - Northside
🍸 nicklecitybar - East Downtown ⭐️
🍸 plumehtx - Heights ⭐️
🍸 swallowsnesthtx - Downtown
🍸trashpandadrinkingclub

🎰 DEALER’S CHOICE: Some love, some hate. If you have a resy, it can be a great experience. Otherwise you’re facing long lines which could make for a poor experience at these popular houston spots.
🍸 winnieshouston - Midtown
🍸 johnnysgb - Heights
🍸 heightsandco - Heights
🍸 Jingle Bell Bar - Galleria ⭐️
🍸 porchswingpub - Washington

🚫 RISKY CHOICES: A holiday pop-up that risks crowds, long wait times, or mediocre drinks once you get in.
🎅🏼 Frosty’s - East Downtown ⭐️
🎅🏼 Holly Jolly (McIntyre’s)- Downtown ⭐️
🎅🏼 Winter Lights (I Know the Owner) - Heights ⭐️

❤️ Regardless of where you go and how long the wait is, remember to TIP and BE KIND to your servers!
