First time Nova has ever attempted a pull-up and I can’t lie… little man surprised me. 😂🔥

We threw a resistance band on to help him out and he got right after it.

One of my favorite things about training with him is watching him try something for the first time and seeing how proud he gets when he realizes he can actually do it. ❤️

I know it’s just a few assisted pull-ups, but as his dad, watching him get stronger and more confident right in front of me is pretty damn cool.

Today we needed the band.

Something tells me we won’t need it for long. 👀💪❤️
