Join Phoenix Children’s and Miles for Migraine for Migraine and Headache Family Day, a FREE, interactive day created for children, teens, and their caregivers.

Throughout the day, families will have the opportunity to learn directly from pediatric headache and pain specialists, connect with others who understand, and gain practical tools for navigating migraine and chronic pain at home, at school, and beyond.

Topics and activities will include:
🧠 Understanding pediatric migraine and the science behind it
💚 Mental health, stress, and emotional wellness
🏫 School and family advocacy, including 504 Plans and IEPs
💊 Treatment, lifestyle strategies, and self-care
🎨 Healing art, gentle yoga, relaxation, and interactive activities
🤝 Dedicated sessions and support for parents and caregivers

Lunch and snacks will be provided, and the event is completely free with registration.
