Forget “Hut, Hut, Hike.” The real football language is spoken in the athletic training room and on the sideline. 

Here are a few terms every football AT knows: 
🔧 Scraping: Using IASTM tools as part of soft tissue treatment and mobility work. 
🩹 Pre-Wrap: The unofficial beginning of what feels like an endless roll of tape. 
🏈 Spat: Taping over the cleat and ankle for added support and stability.
