After completing her final round of chemotherapy, 19-year-old Aly Well was surprised by family and friends with a special bell-ringing celebration outside her treatment center.

Well, who was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer at 18, was unable to take part in the center’s traditional end-of-treatment bell ringing.

With the hospital’s permission, her loved ones gathered with bells and balloons to mark the milestone and celebrate the end of her treatment journey.
