## Caption

Celeste Rivas Hernandez's family is now publicly calling for the death penalty against singer d4vd. A judge just ordered him to stand trial for allegedly sexually assaulting the 14-year-old before killing and dismembering her, then hiding her remains in his tesla's trunk. Her family released the statement around what would've been celeste's 16th birthday, saying the punishment "would be perfect for this kind of human being." The prosecuters haven't decided yet whether to pursue it. #D4vd #CelesteRivas #TrueCrime
