Something I screen for in people applying to my membership is capability. Are you able to follow basic instructions?

Cause y’all, I’m not trying to sell you a dream. I’m not selling you a guaranteed promise of what will definitely come if you invest like me or with me.

I’m providing a strategy framework, that you and I personalize, and you implement. But nothing works without that last step.

Real estate works if YOU work. Simple as that.

So I screen to see if the dream you want me to help with is worth two clicks. Can you click the link in my bio and register for the info session? Is your investing goal worth a one hour session built for you to ask questions?

If not, I can’t help AND THATS OKAY. Some people need more intensive support. I can’t offer that right now, but I can understand it.

But what you’re NOT going to do is talk to me crazy because you’re lazy. Not on this page.
