Wellness was the order of the day as Caribbean Wellness Day kicked off a week dedicated to healthier, happier Jamaicans! 💪🏾🌿

The Wellness Day execution was filled with fun, energy and plenty of exciting moments, as civilian race participants, fitness enthusiasts and wellness advocates got up and out early to get moving.

The activities marked the start of Wellness Week, supporting the Ministry of Health and Wellness’ continued mission to encourage Jamaicans to prioritise both their physical and mental well-being.
