The energy is high and Caribbean Wellness Day is in full activation! 🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♂️🔥 

The day got off to an exciting start with a 3K race, where the first-place male finisher clocked an impressive sub-11-minute time! 👏🏾

On the women’s side, an Excelsior athlete proved that preparation is important — but determination can take you even further! Despite not getting the opportunity to warm up before the race, she pushed through to claim first place ahead of her competitors. 💪🏾✨

It’s good energy on the ground as the activities continue!
