We had the pleasure of staging 333 Laird Drive, an occupied property where the homeowners moved out before it was put on the market. 🏠

The homeowners left behind some furniture for our use. We then suggested a fresh coat of white paint throughout the main spaces, removed the heavy window coverings to let the light shine in, and staged the home to create a bright and contemporary space. 

Thanks to the hard work of the entire team, this home received multiple offers and sold for $229,000 𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓 listing in just one weekend!
