carletto.ottawa recently opened downtown, transforming a Tim Horton’s into a chic Italian restaurant. It’s one of the only places in Ottawa where you can order pasta prepared table-side in a cheese wheel! It’s served with a delicious white wine and truffle sauce. I would 100% order it again, as well as the seafood pasta, which had a generous amount of lobster 🤤
