Hey Houston! ✨ Dinner at The Chef’s Table was such a full-circle moment for me. Chef Paul Friedman was also behind Peli Peli, one of my all-time favorite restaurants, so tasting these flavors again felt extra special. ❤️
What we had:
    1    Vleis Pastei ⭐️ — curried beef, mango chutney, carrot bredie, and a flaky pastry crust. One of my absolute favorites!
    2    Charred Octopus ⭐️ — another must-try and one of my favorites of the night.
    3    Iberico Pork
    4    South African Kingklip
    5    Lollipop Lamb Chops
    6    8 oz Filet ⭐️ — the steak was amazing!

And you already know we had to finish with the Sticky Toffee Cake 🤎 — it has always been my favorite!
