👀📚 What does quality instruction look like across La Joya ISD?

Through our new Calibration Walks, campus leaders are stepping into classrooms together to observe, learn, and align around a shared vision for high-quality teaching and learning.

Led alongside Superintendent Dr. Marcey Sorensen and district leadership, these walks are about coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement - building the capacity of our leaders so they can better support teachers and strengthen instruction in every classroom. 🎯🏫

Take a look at how Calibration Walks are helping turn shared expectations into stronger classroom experiences for our students! 🎥✨
