Lamb meatballs with yoghurt dressing yoproau 

Recipe inspired by RecipeTinEats

Meatballs:
500g lamb mince
1 brown onion
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Yoghurt sauce:
3/4 cup YoPRO plain yoghurt
1/2 cup mint leaves
2 tsp lemon juice

To serve:
Pita pockets
Lettuce
Red onion
Tomato

Method:
1. Place all Meatball ingredients in a bowl. Mix and then roll into balls.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add half the meatballs and cook, turning until cooked through.
3. For the yoghurt dressing, place all other ingredients in a blender and blend until it turns green.
