Ingredients:

Crispy Rice
1½ cups uncooked Calrose rice
2 cups water
2 tbsp unseasoned rice vinegar
1 tsp honey
½ tsp kosher salt
Avocado oil for frying

Spicy Tuna
6 oz sushi-grade tuna
2 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
2 tsp sriracha
1½ tsp low-sodium soy sauce
½ tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp lime juice
2 tbsp sliced scallions
1 tsp sesame seeds

For serving: avocado, sliced jalapeno, scallions, and sesame seeds
