Full Forged Carbon: BMW S1000 RR

Forged carbon is structurally distinct from standard twill weave carbon fibre. Rather than woven sheets layered and cured, forged carbon uses chopped carbon fibre strands compressed under high pressure — producing a material that is lighter, stronger in multiple directions simultaneously, and visually unique in a way no two panels ever replicate exactly.

Every surface on this S1000RR carries a different pattern. The 205 horsepower inline-four and the six-axis IMU underneath it remain untouched — because the S1000RR's performance case does not need making twice. What forged carbon does is remove every reason to look at anything else in the same room. The blue LED accents do the rest.
