On day 5, Australian Beef Mates visited the Sydney Fish Market, the only auction market in the southern part of Australia, to learn about what kind of seafood is currently being traded in the Australian food service and retail market.
 
After that, they visited the Victor's Churchill butcher shop, which was established in 1966 and is now considered the most beautiful butcher shop in the world. Aussie Beef Mates learned about food service industry trends and checked the various kinds of Australian beef cuts currently being supplied to Australia's finest restaurants.
 
In the afternoon, an informal networking event was held for Aussie Beef Mates and beef export companies in New South Wales. The event was an opportunity to share knowledge on market trends, network and promote the ABM program
