Elon Musk Is Building The World's Largest Chip Factory

Musk confirmed Tesla and SpaceX are building Terafab in Texas.

Phase one alone costs $16.8 billion, with the full facility planned at over 100 million square feet under one roof.

Stack Apple Park, Mall of America, and Giga Texas together, and It  would still be roughly 4x bigger.

The reason: millions of Optimus robots and thousands of Cybercabs will all need AI chips, and Musk believes existing supply from Nvidia and TSMC won't cut it. So he's building his own.
