This one hits close to home. ❤️‍🩹

I spent YEARS struggling with the way my body looked in sport, and there were so many moments I wanted to walk away because I didn’t think I looked like the athlete I was “supposed” to be.

Now I get to look at this body and think about everything it has allowed me to DO. Jump from cliffs. Represent my country. Fly through the air. And yes… even jump out of a helicopter. 🚁🥹

Young girls deserve to grow up seeing female athletes celebrated for their strength, courage, talent and what their bodies are capable of.

Major love to @gracie.kramer for starting this conversation/trend and inspiring so many women in sport to add their voices. This is such an important one. ❤️
