I came to BUILD. shayacharvet made sure I felt the BURN. 😮‍💨🔥

No matter how long I’ve been training, I’m never done being a student. Switching up the routine at BUILD + BURN has been a fun new challenge 💪🏿 I’ve done heated yoga and I’ve done red light saunas but a heavy lifting workout with both 🥵

For me, movement has never been just about how I look. It’s about showing up for myself, finding joy in the work, and surrounding myself with people who bring that same energy. This was that. 🤎
