## Caption

The first year in a long time that I feel a year better and not just a year older.

I could legit write a book with what I’ve learned in the past year or two, but overall - damn I’m thankful to be back in Wisconsin and close to my friends and family. Quality time with the people that matter the most to me has been the best gift I can continue to give myself.

I’m spending real time with my dogs, my friends, and my nephews. I’m lifting with friends and enjoying training more. I’m doing exactly what I love and want to be doing for work plus I’m betting on myself for grad school (YES…more on this soon). Life is honestly so fucking good because every day is growth and with people I love.

Here’s to doing whatever I damn want in the last year of my 30’s.
