👟💛 Today, some of our elementary schools participated in National Fathers Walk Your Child to School Day celebrations!

Fathers and father figures play an important role in helping children build confidence, develop strong habits, value education, and feel supported as they grow. Simply showing up, being involved, and taking an interest in a child’s school experience can make a lasting difference.

This year, we expanded our celebration to recognize not only our wonderful dads and father figures, but also the role models, caregivers, and other very important people (VIPs) who help encourage and prepare our students for success in school and in life.

A special shout out to Krispy Kreme Doughnuts for donating donuts at Woodland, Giant Eagle for donating water and a $25 gift card, representatives from the Summit County Prosecutor's Office for helping greet guests, and Living Vine Community Church for offering a meet up location for families.

Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning and to all of the important people who continue to show up for our students every day. ❤️🐾
