#ForImmediateRelease: Stow-Munroe Falls City Schools proudly announces a 4.5 star rating on the 2025-2026 Ohio School Report Card, highlighting our district's ongoing commitment to excellence and community achievement.

The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce released the annual report cards on Tuesday, Sept. 15. Ohio districts and schools receive overall ratings ranging from 1 to 5 stars, in half-star increments. A 4.5-star overall rating means the district exceeds state standards.

“This increase to 4.5 stars reflects the incredible work happening in our classrooms every single day. Our students continue to push themselves to new heights, and our teachers and staff bring the dedication, support, and energy that help them succeed,” Superintendent Dr. Felisha Gould said. “This rating is a well-deserved recognition of our entire school community, and we are very proud to celebrate this milestone together.”

Ohio School Report Cards evaluate district performance across six areas: Achievement, Progress, Gap Closing, Graduation, Early Literacy and College, Career, Workforce, and Military Readiness. Together, the measures provide families and communities with information about student academic performance, growth, and preparation for future opportunities.

The increase in the district’s overall rating reflects Stow-Munroe Falls City Schools’ continued focus on student achievement and continuous improvement.

“Our report card is one important measure of how our students and schools are performing,” Gould said. “We will continue to use this information to celebrate areas of success, identify growth opportunities, and make informed decisions that support every student.”

We thank our students, staff, families, and community for their ongoing partnership and dedication, which helped us achieve this milestone together.

We encourage families and community members to review the complete Stow-Munroe Falls City School District report card, available on the Ohio School Report Cards website at https://reportcard.education.ohio.gov, to stay informed about our district's performance and progress.
