In 1975, Lella Lombardi made f1 history at the Spanish Grand Prix!

When the race was stopped early, Lombardi was running in a points-scoring position. As the race had only reached half distance, she was awarded half a championship point.

That made her the first woman to score points in a Formula 1 World Championship race - a record that still stands today! 

Over 50 years later, Lella Lombardi remains one of the most important women in motorsport history 🏎️
