Are you Bready for RYE by MARTIN AUER?! rye.martinauer has officially opened its doors in NYC (9/10/26). It's making major waves for its singular product offering 100% SOURDOUGH RYE. They're shaped by hand and baked on-site daily, made with organic Austrian rye flour, the loaf brings centuries of European baking tradition to New York.

We experienced RYE's loaves alongside their various RYE open-faced sandwiches and came away with some favorites -- mostly savory - Salmon Roe, Butter and Chive, Hot Honey Goat Cheese, and Everything seasoning.  They also have some sweet ones too!

Update: Whole Loaf is $60, Half at $30, and Quarter at $15 ; open faced sandwiches run between $6-14
