Save my recipe for copycat Din Tai Fung shrimp fried rice 🍤and for an easy restaurant-style dinner at home.

Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tbsp baking soda
2 tbsps avocado oil (for the shrimp)
3 tbsps avocado oil (for the rice)
2 eggs
4 cups day-old cooked rice
2 tbsps minced garlic
1 oz sliced green onions
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
 3 tbsps soy sauce
Instructions: Season the shrimp with salt, white pepper, and baking soda. Heat 2 tbsps avocado oil in a pan over low heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until fully cooked, then set aside. Add 3 tbsps avocado oil to a wok or large pan over high heat, then add the eggs, rice, garlic, green onions, chicken bouillon, and soy sauce. Cook for a few minutes until everything is combined. Top with the cooked shrimp and serve.
Want to see how it actually went down? Watch me teach the girls the technique, then send them off to remake it completely solo - chili oil mix-up included - in the full episode, up now on my YouTube channel 🎥 Link in bio.
