This is part two of the cleansing.
The first part was published yesterday.

Everything in this video is self-explanatory, except for one important point I want to mention.

I always use a lukewarm or cool towel, never hot and here is why.

Heat causes vasodilation, meaning it expands blood vessels. On the face, this can:
	•	Increase redness and flushing
	•	Worsen sensitivity, rosacea, and broken capillaries
	•	Disrupt the skin barrier
	•	Increase transepidermal water loss

Cool or lukewarm temperatures, on the other hand:
	•	Support capillary tone
	•	Help calm the nervous system
	•	Reduce redness and inflammation
	•	Respect the skin barrier
	•	Are safer for delicate facial tissues

The face has dense vascular and nerve networks and does not respond to heat the same way the body does. What may feel “relaxing” short-term can be irritating long-term.

This is why, in facial work, cool is always more physiological than hot.
