ARSON ARREST 🔥: Footage provided by the Douglas County Sheriffs Office shows a group of teenagers shooting off illegal fireworks from the back of a moving truck. The video shows the alleged start of the deadly Chelan Hills Fires.

According to the sheriff's office, prosecutors have charged 18-year old Michael Yakimov, who was reportedly captured on cell phone video firing a "Trooper Turret" firework along Highway 97 in Washington, which ignited dry brush along the road and sparked the 10,000-acre wildfire and claimed the life of a 69-year-old resident.
