There is an electrifying shift happening in Seoul. While the global eye tracks the fast-paced rhythm of K-culture, the real magic is brewing underground. If you find yourself in Gangnam this weekend, We have a singular recommendation: the exclusive arrival of Julius. The cult Japanese avant-garde label is landing at Adekuver to unveil its Autumn/Winter 2026 collection, titled [VALIS;]. For the uninitiated, Julius is a subcultural institution.

Founded in Tokyo in 2001 by Tatsuro Horikawa, it began as a multimedia art project spanning techno music and film before morphing into a fashion house. Rooted in dark, post-industrial aesthetics, the label has spent two decades mastering a poetic vocabulary of chaos. It is a world where black and grey reign supreme, and where heavy garment processing meets razor-sharp architectural draping. In [VALIS;], Horikawa invites us to look at the glitches in reality.

The collection thrives on the friction between the organic and the synthetic, using heavily manipulated fabrics, warped proportions, and deconstructed tailoring to reveal hidden layers beneath everyday life. Adekuver is hosting the domestic launch over three days, and the opening night is where you want to be seen. Clear your schedule and immerse yourself in the dark side of design.
