vuji.cafe is a new AAPI owned business that is giving the Japanese sando a Texas twist! Instead of Japanese milk bread, they’ve swapped it out for crispy Texas toast. You’ll find delicious Asian inspired flavors including Hainan Chicken, Kalbi Beef, Dac Biet, and Negitoro Tuna. 🌱Vegetarian options are also available like Century Egg and Crispy Tofu (Vegan)

Vuji doubles as a coffeeshop where you can find unique flavored cold brew like pandan and durian! ☕️ They also have Vietnamese iced coffee and refreshing seltzers. There’s lots of seating so it also is a great wfh/study spot! 💻
