When complaints fell on deaf ears, activists in Nashik chose an unexpected way to make a statement.

Frustrated by the lack of civic response regarding stray dog control in their area, local activists carried stray dogs into a municipal office and released them right onto an official's desk. The video has sparked widespread debate online between public safety concerns and the ethical treatment of animals.
