Lace up your running shoes and join the CNU Alumni Society for the Captains 5K & Captains Dash on Sunday, April 11! Whether you’re racing for a new personal best, enjoying a walk with friends and family, or just looking for a fun way to experience campus, everyone is welcome!

Enjoy a scenic route through Christopher Newport’s campus, passing familiar landmarks while checking out some of the newest buildings and features along the way.

 🏃‍♂️ 9 a.m. — Captains Dash 1-Mile Run/Walk

 🎉 10 a.m. — Blue & Silver Bash

The races are open to all — alumni, students, faculty, staff, families, friends and members of the community!
