Justin Jefferson sits down with Taylor Rooks for Boardroom’s September Cover Story to talk about what it takes to become one of the NFL’s biggest stars — on and off the field.

The Minnesota Vikings superstar opens up about betting on himself, the mindset behind his pursuit of being the NFL’s No. 1 wide receiver, overcoming doubters and constant quarterback changes, his legendary catch against the Buffalo Bills, his competitive relationship with Ja’Marr Chase, and the influence of Odell Beckham Jr. on his approach to football, fashion, and showmanship.

Jefferson also discusses why he believes NFL players should have more freedom to express themselves, how his jewelry and style became part of his identity, his growing influence on youth culture, and his evolution into a crossover star at the intersection of sports, entertainment, fashion, and culture.
