RESERVATIONS ARE OPEN FOR 2030. 🥂

Yes, you read that correctly. We’re officially booking tables for 2030.

Ethos reservations go live at 4:30 PM on the first Monday of every month, and somehow you all keep filling the books faster than we can open them.

Trying to experience Ethos sometime before the next decade? Send us a DM. We’ll do our best to squeeze you in if something opens up—or check our website through the link in bio for availability.

Thank you for continuing to make these dinners so special. We’ll keep cooking. You keep making reservations four years in advance. 🤝
