More than eight years ago, Gautam came to us fresh out of Turning Point, still at the beginning of his journey as an editor.

Over the years, he became much more than just a member of the post-production team. He brought with him a certain quietness, calm and steadiness that gradually became part of the working culture at KC. Never the loudest person in the room, but always someone whose presence added balance. I hope I could guide him in the right path and pushed him to learn new things.

Today, as he moves on from Kadambari Connective and begins a new professional association, there is a genuine sense of pride in seeing how far he has come. From a young editor just starting out to leaving KC as a far more experienced, confident and capable professional editor, his growth has been wonderful to witness.

We wish Gautam the very best for this new chapter. Eight years of working together does not simply end with a last working day, and we are sure the relationship, friendship and professional association will continue in different ways in the years ahead. Will miss you in the Studio! You came to us as an employee, but after eight years, you leave as a member of the KC family.

At Kadambari Connective, we are also looking forward to a renewed phase, welcoming new energy, new collaborations and people who can bring fresh value to the team while carrying forward the culture and standards we have built over the years.
