🚨 #IWGiveAndGo Clip 🎥 of the Week

Today's Give & Go comes from cc_wlax Assistant Coach Regan Cook!

Coach Cook brings us the “Baseball” Drill ⚾️ — a competitive 3v3 scoring drill designed to put players under pressure and challenge them to make plays on both sides of the ball.

3 STRIKES. YOU’RE OUT! 👀

Teams compete to 11, with players constantly subbing in and out to get reps on both offense and defense. Every possession matters, and the first team to 11 wins!

A great way to create competition, simulate pressure and get your players working on both ends of the field. 🥍

TRY IT!

This and more available On-Demand in the IWLCA Video Library. 🔗 in bio.
