I’m not perfect. Nunca he dicho que lo soy.
I’m still learning, still growing, still asking God to work on the parts of me that need work. And trust me… there are parts. 😂

But growth has also taught me something else:

Being a good person does not require me to be silent when something isn’t right.

I can have a good heart and still speak up.
I can love people and still have boundaries.
I can forgive and still say, “No, you’re not going to treat me that way.”
I can follow God and still advocate for myself.

Ser buena mujer no significa dejar que te pasen por encima.
Tener fe no significa no tener voz.
Y tener un corazón humilde no significa hacerte pequeña para que otros estén cómodos.

Sometimes standing up for yourself won’t look “nice” to the person who benefited from your silence. And I’m learning to be okay with that.

I’m imperfect. Soy humana. I’ll get things wrong sometimes. I’ll apologize when I need to, correct myself when I need to, and keep growing.

But I will not confuse humility with silence anymore.

God is still working on me… pero también me está enseñando a usar la voz que Él me dio. ❤️

📖 “For though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again.” — Proverbs 24:16

“Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves…” — Proverbs 31:8
