Last year, I put on my hiking boots and climbed 110 stories on the StairMaster—one story for every floor of the Twin Towers.

This was not a workout or a personal achievement. It was a small act of remembrance for the innocent lives taken, the families forever changed, and the first responders who climbed toward danger while helping others escape.

Their courage, sacrifice, and humanity will never be forgotten.

Today, we remember. Today, we honor. 🇺🇸
