A new ruling from a federal judge today seems to leave the door open for that.⁠
The judge had previously said the Kennedy Center could not shut down for two years for renovations.⁠

But now today, the judge said the Kennedy Center Board has to give 30 days written notice if it plans to demolish any part of the main building.⁠
