What happens when bold ideas are given the space to grow? 

After several months of creativity, collaboration and innovation, the final stage of our internal competition “Thinkers & Makers” brought together finalists and innovation enthusiasts for an inspiring closing ceremony.

Launched in January 2026, the initiative encouraged teams to challenge conventional thinking, explore new perspectives and transform ideas into impactful projects. During the finale, finalist teams presented the solutions they have been developing throughout the competition, showcasing not only innovation and technical expertise, but also teamwork, commitment and collective intelligence.

The event reflected the energy and creativity that continue to shape our innovation culture, where collaboration and experimentation help turn ideas into meaningful impact.

Congratulations to all participants and finalists for their dedication and  thank you to everyone who contributed to making this initiative such a valuable moment of exchange, innovation and team spirit.
