## Caption

Creamy Cajun smothered cabbage recipe ⬇️
 1 head of green cabbage cut into quarters (make sure to throw that cooked cabbage juice back in at the end if there’s any)
1 cup of chicken broth (low sodium) 
8-10 oz beef sausage (or whatever)
2 cups of frozen Cajun mirepoix (or you can do fresh onions, green bell pepper, and celery)
5 cloves of minced garlic 
1 red bell pepper (optional) 

The Seasoning blend: 3 tbsp of Cajun seasoning, 2 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 2 tsp black pepper

1 can low sodium cream of chicken soup (or cream of anything)
2 cups of milk 
Salt to taste 
I also threw in some leftover air fried potatoes to make it more filling. You should do that too 😂 it’s 🔥 but not totally necessary
