If you constantly have to remind someone that you exist, reach out first, ask for their attention, or wonder where you stand… pay attention to what their actions are telling you.

We’re all busy. Life gets complicated. But there’s a difference between someone being busy and someone consistently making you feel like an afterthought.

You deserve relationships where effort isn’t something you have to chase.

Sometimes the hardest part of growth is realizing that you need to stop asking, “Why aren’t they choosing me?” and start asking, “Why am I continuing to choose someone who makes me feel invisible?”
