This month seems like it has just flown by so quickly! 

And while I reflect back on the September’s that have passed, I am filled with a mix of emotions 

I’m so grateful for memories we have, 
I’m heartbroken that time passes so quickly,
I feel proud to see how the kids have grown up and to be the mom I am today,
And I feel sad that I have lost some of the memories from when I was in survival mode 

So I’m grateful for this trend and to be able to look back on these memories, but also highly emotional looking at them ❤️🥹

If your heart feels a little heavy this time of year, just know you’re not alone 💓
